Martin Cannard, VP, Product Strategy, Netwrix Corporation

Martin is a Vice President of Product Strategy at Netwrix. Martin is an experienced technologist with over 30 years in the Privileged Access Management and security space. Prior to Netwrix, Martin led the privileged access team at BeyondTrust where he took their password management solution from unknown to a recognized leader in the industry within 3 years. At BeyondTrust he also drove the development of their first SaaS PAM product as well as a new micro service-based platform for DevOps security. Prior to BeyondTrust, Martin held key management positions at Quest/Dell, Novell, Fortefi and Symantec. He is a recognized expert and a regular speaker for security events and webinars.

 

Devan D’Silva, Manager Identity & Access Management, Vice President, Risk Management, Robert W. Baird & Co.

 

Devan D’Silva has been with Baird for 11 years working within IT as a Business Analyst and more recently in Risk Management – Information Security as the Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM). She began this role six years ago and was tasked with starting an IAM Program from scratch and making it come to life at Baird. This role led her to create awareness around Identity & Access Management, develop a sound strategy and standards and implement an IGA platform for Baird.

 

Alex Flores, Principal Security Architect, Astrix Security

 

Alex Flores is the lead for solutions engineering & architecture for Astrix security, the only security company focused on securing non-human identities. Alex has spent the past decade designing and deploying solutions to help protect some of the world’s largest organizations against attack. Prior to Astrix, Alex was a senior member of Okta’s identity security solutions engineering team as well as the Lead SE for CyberArk’s Central US solutions engineering team. Alex holds a bachelor’s of science from Illinois State University in the field of Information Security, Assurance, & Applied Cryptography.

Judy Jing is a tech-savvy professional and Identity and Access management lead with 25+ years of concrete success spearheading global and national projects and teams. With her strong background in SAP security, she has excellent capability of understanding business needs and to bridge the gap with tactical approaches. Joe is a Principal Solution Strategist and Business Value Advisor with Saviynt. He has spent most of his career in IT serving many vertical markets, including Manufacturing, Financial, Legal, and Healthcare. Joe has been a CAMP IT participant for many years and values the connections he has made here.

 

Joe has managed teams of people at companies ranging from regional firms to global enterprises to develop infrastructure, security, and compliance programs. Bringing insight into the mind of a CISO, Joe has implemented regulatory programs to address today’s complex compliance requirements, such as HIPAA/HITECH, SOX, CMMC, ISO 27001/2, and GDPR. In a CISO role at a global manufacturing company for five years, Joe saw the rise of Ransomware and a path forward to integrate Cybersecurity and identity-centric solutions that can help mitigate risk and build resilience.

 

Will Schneider, Manager, Identity Access Management Operations, Delta Dental Insurance

 

Will Schneider serves as the Identity and Access Management Operations Team Manager at Delta Dental of California. With over two decades of experience in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) space, Will brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. He is responsible for overseeing the daily request flow, managing IAM projects related to customer delivery, and collaborating closely with the IAM Engineering team to develop new capabilities for the service.

 

In his extensive career, Will has held various key positions, including managing an IGA consulting practice and delivering solutions to customers across multiple industries. His experience includes implementing numerous Identity Management Solutions, developing and implementing federated architectures, and deploying multi-factor authentication for global companies spanning healthcare, oil & gas, higher education, manufacturing, and K12 sectors. Before moving into consulting, Will founded the Identity Management Program at UTHealth in the Texas Medical Center.

 

Will’s notable former clients include NASDAQ OMX, W.L. Gore and Associates, Memorial Hermann Health System, American National Standard Institute, MLB Advanced Media (Disney Streaming Services), UTHealth, and US Cellular. He has been a speaker at national conferences on Identity Management, having presented at events such as the North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance, American Petroleum Institute Cybersecurity Conference, Texas Cybersecurity Conference, and Brainshare. Johnny Shin is the Managing Director US at KeyData Associates, focused on supporting the Delivery Services teams and Business Development teams. Johnny started his career at Accenture in 1999, implementing one of the first SSO projects. Since then, he has built his career around IAM as an engineer, architect, project / program / account / practice lead. Johnny just left IBM as the IAM Practice Lead for Americas, and led a number of global and large-scale IAM Programs for IBM.
