Mark Bennett, Sr. UEBA & Insider Threat Specialist, Forcepoint

Mark has over 25 years of cybersecurity sales, leadership, and business development. Mark has worked on large complex InfoSec projects, helped channel partners launch InfoSec programs, has developed alliances and OEM partnerships in the cybersecurity area. He brings expertise in UEBA and insider threat security from his years of selling endpoint and big data cyber security systems. Focused on excellence in all aspects of business and life, Mark has a technical acumen in IT Security domains: Access Control/IAM, Network Security, Information Security Governance and Risk Management, Software Development Security, Cryptography, Security Architecture and Design, Operations Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Legal, Regulations, Investigations and Compliance, plus Environmental Security – especially focused on Intellectual Property Protection.

 

When Mark is not helping customers you will likely find him in Colorado fly fishing or skiing.  Mark resides in Dallas with his wife and daughter.

Marina Kapustin, Principal IS&T Risk and Compliance Analyst, HealthPartners

Marina Kapustin, CISA, CISSP, has over a decade of experience in IT information security, compliance and risk management. Marina’s broad auditing and compliance background both in the private and public sectors, has enabled her to partner with HealthPartners third-party service organizations in order to ensure they meet HealthPartners cybersecurity requirements. She has developed and largely implemented the HealthPartners IT Vendor Risk Management program. With her direction, the organization is investing in an automated solution to bring more efficiencies and rigor to the program, while scaling and expanding the program as HealthPartners continues to grow. She has also been instrumental in building out a number of other risk and compliance programs at HealthPartners. Whether consulting executives across the enterprise on security and privacy risk, advising business leaders on effective mitigation strategies, setting strategic direction, or performing information security risk assessments, Marina is passionate about improving the organization’s cyber risk posture.

 

Marina simultaneously received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota. She is a member of (ISC)2 and ISACA and enjoys attending a number of cybersecurity training events annually.

Paul Mazzucco, Chief Security Officer, TierPoint

Paul Mazzucco came Chief Security Officer of Xand (now TierPoint) in October of 2011 after ten years of being a successful Security Entrepreneur and Defense Contractor. Paul is the principal owner in Cyber Holdings, LLC which successfully purchased, grew and divested three subsidiary companies ranging from Behavioral Health manufacturing to secure datacenter integration as well as an IBM hardware integrator. Paul also helped to spin off the Cobalt Computers manufacturer as a standalone corporation which grew into Pennsylvania’s largest IBM integrator serving the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the Department of the Navy, NSA and the Department of Defense.

 

Paul was also granted Department of Defense Directive 8570 security training and clearance as a mandate for his GSA Schedule 70 Defense contracting. Paul has an Undergraduate degree in Marketing from Lehigh University but returned to school to study human behavior and cyber security. Paul did training and field work with the FBI and became an expert in hacking and system hardening and is now a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) answering to the FBI – Infragard Cyber Security Initiative as well as the United States Secret Service – Pennsylvania Electronic Crimes Task Force (PAECT) and the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (U.S. CERT).

Brad Quast, Senior Compliance Director & Data Privacy Officer, Allianz Life

In his role as the Senior Director of Compliance and Data Privacy Officer for Allianz Life, Brad is responsible for Data Privacy, Third Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity Compliance and Records Management for the Enterprise.


Brad has nearly 16 years of digital, compliance and risk leadership experience in the financial services and insurance industry. Before joining Allianz Life in 2015, Brad led the cybersecurity program at Securian Financial Group. Throughout his career, Brad has developed strong teams, processes and solutions which have enabled the effective management of operational risk.

 

Brad has a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. He also is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and is involved in various industry privacy and security forums. Brad lives with his wife and 4 children in the Twin Cities area. 

Sara Ratner, SVP – Compliance and Corporate Systems, RedBrick Health

Sara identifies and unrelentingly executes to realize transformation, growth, and continuous improvement. She earns consistent recognition from leaders and peers alike for her ability to bring strong focus, data-driven insight, and practical solutions to execution against key strategies. Strengths are uncovering new business strategies and opportunities to innovate in a dynamic industry with high government scrutiny, while maintaining a keen eye toward business viability, scalability and sustainability. Sara blends a practical, down to earth approach with wit and tenacity, breaking down barriers and building cross-functional alignment. She asks questions and gains consensus, yet is able drive decisive action. Critical to Sara’s success is her well-developed ability to cultivate trust with diverse stakeholders ranging from employees to Boards of Directors and shareholders.

 

As Senior Vice President, Compliance and Corporate Systems at RedBrick Health, Sara leads enterprise information technology and third party software application management, oversees privacy/security and compliance, and serves as executive sponsor to RedBrick’s government programs business. Since joining RedBrick in 2013, Sara has held transformative roles in operations (call center, health screenings, data analytics), and in spearheading a clinical services insourcing project that paved the way for significant margin expansion and service improvement. As a member of RedBrick’s Leadership Team, Sara contributes to the creation of RedBrick’s growth strategy, and has helped the company achieve a leadership position in the corporate health and wellness industry.

 

Prior to joining RedBrick, Sara served as President of NeoPath Health, a provider of onsite health clinics. At NeoPath, she grew revenue by 70% and doubled the number of clinics; she also serviced on the Board of Directors working with investors on growth and financing strategies, and cultivated relationships with prospective investors. Earlier, Sara served as General Counsel, VP of Strategic Partnerships and Human Resources at CVS CareMark where she joined the leadership team that grew the MinuteClinic division from 80 to 560 clinics and led the strategic partnership strategy with integrated delivery systems. Sara also served as the executive leader overseeing the MinuteClinic integration with CVS Caremark. Sara’s healthcare leadership spans diverse business functions and industry segments including healthcare technology, government programs, integrated delivery systems, insurance, clinic management, and pharmacy.

 

Sara serves on several Boards of Directors, including Verde Technologies, a venture capital funded company; she has also previously served on other for-profit and nonprofit Boards of Directors. Throughout her career Sara has received notable awards such as the Business Journal Top 25 Women to Watch, Top 40 under 40, and was named part of Twin Cities Business Real Power 50. She earned a B.A, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, and her J.D. from St. Louis University graduating magna cum laude. In all areas of life, Sara blends sincerity with a sense of humor and humility. Her sense of commitment and dedication transcends business into all aspects of life—most importantly as a mom, spouse, and a community volunteer. To foster her competitive spirit, Sara actively trains and competes as a triathlete, racing in international distance triathlons to Ironmans.
