Jeff Roseman, Group Vice President, Information Technology, Marmon Foodservice Technologies

 

Jeff is an experienced IT executive with over two decades of experience in both technology management and consulting roles. With experience in global business, marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT director, CIO and consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and international businesses in a variety of industries including professional services, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, and non-profit. He has a broad knowledge of IT strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business continuity planning.

 

Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined organization. He has previously lectured on social media & networking, IT leadership, customer relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Roseman has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Iowa. He mentors undergraduate/MBA students in the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and serves on College’s SoMAC board. He lives in Wheaton with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Shad Stark is the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations for Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first and most highly acclaimed Chiropractic academic institute in the nation.


With over 25 years of experience working in Information Technology and Leadership, his main skillset revolves around Data Center Infrastructure Systems and Cloud Infrastructure Systems operations, management, monitoring, and data protection as well as IT Support Desk management and workflow. He currently leads the college’s Infrastructure Team in alignment with their business and academic objectives, providing strategic leadership and direction supporting and guiding initiatives for Palmer College’s three campuses located in Davenport IA, San Jose CA, and Port Orange FL.


Prior to joining Palmer College in 2009, Shad worked for multiple internet service providers, for the healthcare industry as a Technology Specialist, and for the United States Department of Defense where he held a top-secret clearance as an Enterprise Solutions Expert.


Shad holds many certifications, and awards. Of those, the ones he holds most in value are the “June M. Dobbs award for outstanding services performed for children” from the Milwaukee Children’s Hospital, and the “Voices of Courage award” from the Wisconsin Coalition against Sexual Assault. Both of which were acquired after assisting local and federal law enforcement officials in the discovery, capture, and prosecution of the largest child computer pornography ring in history of the state of Wisconsin.
