Jesse Alexander, President, Innovative Technology Solutions

Jesse Alexander serves as President of Innovative Technology Solutions, leading the strategy, sales and service delivery for the business. Throughout his career, he has been a change agent who delivers growth, profitability and client satisfaction for companies across the healthcare, legal and manufacturing sectors. Jesse has led IT Managed Services and BPO services for some of the largest companies in the United States, introducing cloud hosting, hyper converged technologies and artificial intelligence to support their application and infrastructure needs. As a senior leader, Jesse guided his companies through 2 sales, 5 mergers and 3 corporate BPO deals worth, in total, over $1.2B.

 

Before joining Innovative Technology Solutions, Jesse was Chief Operating Officer at WhiteHatAI, overseeing all development and commercial operations while successfully deploying the company’s first commercial offering. Prior to that, Jesse served as President and interim CEO for LexisNexis’ Managed Technology Services LLC. He also served as VP for Xerox Business Services’ Healthcare Division, and senior leadership roles at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Solectron and other companies.

 

Jesse served as an Army Officer and holds an MBA from California National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the College of William & Mary. Additionally, he holds certifications in ITIL, Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt and as a Project Management Professional.

 

From a personal standpoint, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and continues to be an executive sponsor of the American Heart Association which raises money to fund heart healthy education and research.

Dan Nottke, CIO, Kirkland & Ellis LLP

Dan Nottke is currently the Chief Information Officer for Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a 100 year old law firm whose lawyers spawn innovations to our client’s challenges. Since joining the Firm in 2008, Dan has led the transformation of the Information Technology department from a decentralized team to a fully centralized Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based high performing organization. Dan is currently leading the creation of a technology strategy, which sets a clear road map for all technology initiatives and spends for the next three years.

 

Prior to joining Kirkland, Dan was the Executive Director and Chief Information Officer for Navigant Consulting. Whilst at Navigant, Dan directed the companies eTransformation efforts, for the majority of their back office functions, including the implementation of CRM, portal, time reporting, payroll and the implementation of a centralized Cisco based phone and voicemail system for the companies 47 offices. Dan also served as the America’s managing director for BearingPoint, where he successfully migrated BearingPoint’s 50+ offices from systems managed by KPMG LLP to a fully outsourced, professionally managed environment.

 

Dan spent the majority of his career working for Andersen Worldwide and Arthur Andersen, where he was a partner, global chief technology officer and America’s chief information officer.

David G. Rettig, CEO, Synoptus

David Rettig is CEO of Synoptus, delivering IT Operational Excellence and Salesforce architectural services. He holds two masters degrees and finishes his doctorate this January, specializing in business leadership development that results in real behavioral change. He has authored three books on leadership & business-IT alignment. He has over 25 years of hands-on and leadership experience with IT in manufacturing, tier-1 automotive, supply chain, higher education, engineering, and nonprofits.

Jeff Roseman, Vice President, Information Technology, Marmon Foodservice Technologies

Jeff is an experienced IT executive with over two decades of experience in both technology management and consulting roles. With experience in global business, marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT director, CIO and consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and international businesses in a variety of industries including professional services, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, and non-profit. He has a broad knowledge of IT strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business continuity planning.

 

Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined organization. He has previously lectured on social media & networking, IT leadership, customer relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Roseman has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Iowa. He mentors undergraduate/MBA students in the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and serves on College’s SoMAC board. He lives in Wheaton with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Rob Sarkis, CIO, American Hospital Association

Rob Sarkis joined the American Hospital Association as CIO early 2017. His experience spans multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, insurance, and technology.

 

Previously, he served as CIO at Fellowes Brands, a global manufacturer and distributor of business and consumer products, and CIO at The Pampered Chef, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Earlier roles include CIO at CompuSystems, and Vice President of global ecommerce & application development for London-UK based distributor Premier Farnell.

 

Rob is credited with delivering critical business and technology transformation initiatives for a number of organizations, resulting in positive revenue growth, cost saving outcomes, and significant change in business culture / ways of working.

Mohan Shukla, SVP, IT Governance, Business Technology Services & Support, IRI

Mohan Shukla leads the business side of IT as SVP of IT Governance at IRI, covering Finance, Sourcing, Procurement and PMO. Previously, he has led Project Management Offices, Quality Systems, Six-Sigma programs at global corporations for 20 years. Mohan has a keen interest in organizational culture and leadership development. He directed PMI’s mentoring program for two years and has been coaching and conducting workshops to improve leadership effectiveness. His passion is to teach practicing leaders how to effectively influence teams across all levels of an organization. He has developed tools to identify the mental-emotional factors that drive decision making, behavior and alignment in organizations, resulting in better organizational results. He has also published two books on self-improvement based on principles of Yoga.
