This session focuses on why building a team both has similarities and differences from building a product or feature. There are two key points that I discuss:

  1. All technical candidates should still be interviewed explicitly for culture-add
  2. The technical side of the interview should (as close as possible) replicate the way you work in your team (i.e. No one writes code on a whiteboard and few jobs require you to write algorithms all day).

Webinar Price: $0.00 per person
