Sergey Chernov, Segment IT Director, ITW
Currently leads Information Technology for a $3B segment at Illinois Tool Works – F200 global Manufacturing company with operations in 31 countries. Previously, Sergey was VP of Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture at Ensono – global IT Service Provider specializing in Infrastructure outsourcing. In the past, he held various IT leadership roles at NiSource, Hollister and Emerson Electric.

Carl Gruber, Sr. Enterprise Technical Architect, R&D, CDW
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise and service provider networking, Carl has led large-scale architecture and engineering initiatives across the industry. Before joining CDW in 2017, he directed national architecture and capacity engineering for Spectrum Cable. At CDW, Carl leads U.S. enterprise networking architecture and product development, with a focus on campus networking, WAN and SD-WAN technologies, artificial intelligence initiatives, network compliance, forecasting, and disaster recovery. He holds a B.S. in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology with an emphasis in Artificial Intelligence from the University of the Cumberlands.

Anand leads Architecture & Technology Services within AbbVie’s Business Technology Solutions organization, supporting US Commercial Patient Services and Consumer Marketing.
