He leads a team of sales engineers across the West Americas and LATAM, driving technical strategy for complex, high-revenue identity security opportunities with Fortune 500 customers while championing Delinea’s evangelization in the identity security market. Bill Willis, Chief Technology Officer, IDMWorks

Bill is the CTO | Head of Advisory for IDMWORKS and is a thought leader in Security, Compliance, Biometrics, Credentialing, and Identity. He is the technology Founder & Inventor of IBM’s Flagship Identity Management System, Tivoli Identity Manager/ISIM and served as IBM’s Global Subject Matter Expert for Security and Identity. Bill commercialized the Iris biometric technology used globally for identification for National Identity and Border Crossing programs. He created the Biometric Engine™, a Next Generation AFIS which provided support for biometrics such as Palm, Face, Iris, Voice and DNA.
